Made for warm water, Cressi’s 3mm Minorca dive boot is a well-constructed, versatile boot for scuba diving, snorkeling, and water sports. These are perfect when you want some extra protection even when the temperatures are hot.

You can choose from a low bootie style or a tall zip-up boot.

Both Minorca boots are durable and comfortable, made from nylon-2 neoprene rubber in the upper with a strong, flexible rubber sole. Just make sure you dry them thoroughly after use and they will last a long time.

Spec Breakdown & Features

We headed to the Flower Garden Banks in Texas for the coral spawn. With warm water, hot temperatures, and a difficult ladder climb back onto the boat, sturdy dive boots were essential. It was a great test for the Cressi Minorca 3 mm dive boots.

These are simple boots, with great construction, fitting even wide feet comfortably. After a 5-day liveaboard trip, I had no cramps, hot spots, blisters, or abrasions from the Cressi Minorca.

The flexible rubber sole, the rubber heel, and toe caps provided just the right amount of grip and protection for re-entry onto the boat. We know they would be perfect for tropical shore entries as well. We are not sure how effective the fin tabs are, as we had fins slip off a few times.

Do we recommend the Cressi Minorca 3 mm dive boots?

Yes! With a great price point and durable, long-lasting construction, the Cressi Minorca boots are one of our favorite boots for warm-water activities.

Although they’re perfect for shore entries in tropical climates, we also think they are perfect for summer paddle boarding in places like Maine, where the sun is hot but the water is cold and you need some light insulation.
