Volivoli Group Payment Structure SPECIAL
- Initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500.00 USD per group due within 30 days of confirmation
- 12 Months prior to arrival additional deposit of $1000.0 USD per group due
- 50% Payment due 90 days prior to arrival date
- 100% Payment due 45 days prior to arrival date
Volivoli Group Cancellation Policy
- More than 90 days incurs no penalty outside the NON REFUNDABLE $1500USD deposit
- 90 days – 46 days prior to arrival incurs 50% penalty per paid spot
- 45 days or less prior to arrival incurs 100% penalty per paid spot
Volivoli Group Reduction Policy
- Deposit can be applied to final numbers if unused space is released 90 days prior to arrival date
- Should number of participants fall below 10 the booking is reclassified as a party of individuals without FOC packages and $45 per person will be added to cover transfer costs.

- Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond departure date
- Resort checkout bill paid with credit card subject to 3.5% fee
- Unused portions of pre-paid packages are forfeited
