Anybody interested in diving has seen pictures, posts, or videos of Spanish dancers, sharks, or dolphins in the Red Sea. The clarity of the water alone stands out, but add to that the chance to encounter marine life such as hammerheads, dolphins, dugongs, manta rays, nudibranchs, turtles, and more, and diving Egypt becomes truly spectacular.
Temperatures across the region have spiked, with land temperatures ranging from 46.4 (8 C) to 122 F (50 C), hitting their peak in July and August. Water temperatures range from 61 (16 C) to 86 F (30 C)., which makes the Red Sea the ideal destination almost year round, especially for those who want warm-water diving.
Offering one and two-week trips, the Golden Dolphin IV operates throughout the year along different routes. Guests can also request a specific route for a private charter or large groups.
Itineraries span from the far north and the Straits of Tiran to the furthest point south near the Egyptian and Sudanese border at sites such as Zabargad and St. John. It is not uncommon to see sharks in some of these sites depending on the season, with encounters including thresher sharks, oceanic whitetips, hammerheads, and more.
