Scuba.com offers FREE shipping with thousands of their items online. I did a quick run through of their products, and we couldn’t find many items that didn’t have free shipping. Whether it was a lightweight freediving mask, a bulky BCD or a heavy steel tank, all came with free shipping.

The free shipping only applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states and does exclude PO Boxes or APO FPO addresses. International orders will have to pay for shipping and an additional import tax that may be applicable. The main delivery company is UPS or US Air Mail, depending on the destination.

With regards to returns, Scuba.com does not offer free returns. However since scuba diving equipment tends to be large and heavy, so it is not surprising. In fact, no US-based online scuba retailer provides free returns.
