Absolutely love your blogs. Well done on making it work and having customers from the start. It is very impressive. I, like Carlotta , am looking to start up my own dive resort. I am very interested to know at what point you went past no return and fully committed to this. At what point you felt in the position that it could work. I am myself am quite a big worrier and always think, what if?
Great article Sophie and inspiring! I’m looking at opening my own dive resort too, I’m also an MSDT. Not sure exactly where so far but Indonesia is my top choice at the moment. Ideally somewhere unspoilt. Did you look at many islands before you found the one? Are there any other dive resorts where you are?
