Stretching over Roatan’s world famous West Bay Beach is the luxurious Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort. Despite being a large resort, Infinity Bay has plenty of friendly charm, comfortable rooms, and spacious villas. From scuba diving to spa treatments, sport fishing or simply snorkeling, there is something for everyone in the family.
Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort is located on West Bay Beach on Roatan in the Bay Islands of Honduras. Sitting pretty on an easygoing, swimmable stretch
Infinity Divers: Dive. Snack. Repeat.
Diving at the resort is run by Infinity Divers Aqua Center, conveniently located on-site right by the entrance. Under the palm tree palapa is the information point for gear, rentals, and dive and snorkel programs.
The dive center operates two boats, accommodating 22 and 30 divers, so daily diver operations can run smoothly and handle different rhythms across the week. Infinity Divers is a SSI shop, and can teach the full spectrum of recreational diving.
Most guests plan their day around a two-tank morning trip to two different sites, and can decide later if they want to pop out for a third dive in the afternoon. Training and skills sessions can take place within the resort pool or the shallow and calm beachfront. For something more adrenaline-pumping, Infinity Divers also offers night diving and signature specialty trips like their shark dive, with availability varying by week.
Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort is positioned right along the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef system, the longest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere. When diving with Infinity Divers, expect an underwater mix that ranges from shallow training-friendly patches to dramatic walls and channels.
Just off the beachfront is Mandy’s Eel Garden, a calm and sandy site, great for students. Must-see sites include West End Wall, known for its wall covered in vibrant corals and gorgonians, and El Aguila, a 210-foot cargo wreck. Surrounding Roatan are plentiful coral gardens and sponge-covered structures, various fish life, and dramatic deep water sites.
The accommodation: villas and suites with breathing room

Accommodation at Infinity Bay is organized by studio suites and one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas, typically offered with garden view, pool view, or beachfront views. Across the board, guests can expect the vacation-home essentials, a kitchen or kitchenette with modern finishes, spacious bathrooms, dining rooms, and a private veranda or balcony.
Studios are the simplest option, ideal if you plan to live in swimwear and spend most of your time outside. The Premium Studio Suite is described as a step above the standard studio, with roughly 416 square feet and a proper kitchen setup (a range, refrigerator, and microwave), plus a small patio. This one is great for couples who like the flexibility of casual ensuite breakfasts, but like to eat out in the evening.
In one-bedroom villas guests really have room to breathe in that fresh ocean air. The beachfront one-bedroom is 850 square feet and is designed to sleep up to three adults (or two adults and two children), which makes it a strong choice for couples who want front-row sunset seats or small families who want an easy beach routine without stepping up to a two-bedroom.
Garden and pool-view one-bedrooms keep you in the same comfortable villa style, just with a slightly calmer, more tucked-away view.
Two-bedroom villas are the sweet spot for dive groups and families. At around 1,000 square feet, the garden-, pool-, and beachfront versions have two queen bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to five guests.
For guests who want the biggest footprint and the biggest views, the three-bedroom pool and beachfront villas are around 2,500 square feet. Fitted with three king bedrooms, three bathrooms and a sleeper sofa, they offer expansive panorama-style views and are ideal for longer trips or special occasions.
The dining: eat well between dives
Dining at Infinity Bay is designed around flexibility: you can keep it casual, do à la carte, or even cook at home. Mornings begin at the International Buffet, where the resort emphasizes variety. The buffet setup includes hot and cold items, fresh local fruit, and breakfast favorites like waffles and an omelet station.
For lunch and dinner, the International Buffet continues with globally inspired choices and themed evenings that change the tone of the meal across the week. Expect local Honduran dishes, crowd-pleasing Italian, and mouthwatering American BBQ. It’s a good fit for families with potentially fussy eaters or tired divers who like the straightforward setup after a big water day.
For sea-breeze dining with the West Bay waves as a soundtrack, head to La Palapa Beach Bar and Grill, the resort’s signature beachfront option. Here casual grill dining meets refined Caribbean flavors, with dishes on offer like grilled fish and lobster Thermidor. Thursday, Friday and Sunday evening, La Palapa hosts sushi nights featuring local fish.
Resort amenities: relax and recharge

Tranquility Spa is one of those resort features that quietly upgrades an entire trip. Infinity Bay promotes treatments including massage therapy, facials, manicures, and pedicures. For something extra, you can book a spa day on their catamaran “massage boat.” There’s also a strong “slow down” vibe built into the experience, with spa policies geared toward keeping it peaceful, with a lounge area and herbal teas.

The Roatan Athletic Club is Infinity Bay’s on-site fully equipped fitness center, with multiple treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, plus the option to book with a certified trainer. There are also classes going on around the pool throughout the week such yoga and low-impact aqua fitness.
Beyond the resort
Infinity Bay makes it easy to explore beyond the bubbles, and importantly, they don’t leave you to figure it out alone. The resort’s concierge is the place to arrange activities and transportation, from snorkeling and catamaran tours to parasailing, canopy ziplining, animal encounters, fishing charters, and day trips.
Infinity Bay offers plenty of organized full-day excursions as well, such as a guided “Discover Roatan” tour that includes an air-conditioned trip from West Bay to Oak Ridge, a mangrove water taxi, a lunch stop, the Chocolate Museum, and West End shopping.
An effortless holiday awaits

Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort is the kind of Roatan base that makes a dive holiday feel effortless. With Infinity Divers on-site and West Bay’s reef close by, your days can stay wonderfully simple: dive, surface for something tasty, stretch out by the pool, then do it all again tomorrow.
The resort’s suite-style accommodation gives you genuine breathing room, with the flexible dining and all-inclusive option to keep the week as streamlined (or as spontaneous) as you want it to be.
